HCG and progesterone Levels

Went and had my blood drawn again today to test HCG and progesterone. On Monday my HCG was 138. Today is was 422 and progesterone was 198. I’m 4 weeks + 2, Dr. said these are promising #s, anyone else have similar #s being 4 wks + 2? This is our 1st pregnancy after trying for 2 years so I’m just a bit nervous 😬
