My nails are really weak, how can I make them strong and healthy again?

I had gel nail polish a few weeks ago and it is my second time getting it which is cool but I’ve noticed my natural nails are ridiculously weak!

In my experience you just need to let them grow out again unfortunately. I love gel nails but it’s terrible if you stop getting them done ☹️

There’s really nothing you can do, other than hair skin and nail vitamins and allow ur nails to grow back on their own. Same thing happened to me, but it’s bc I decided to go to a different salon and didn’t want to wait a few days to be able to get into mine. I should have just waited. They completely destroyed my nails. Spent nearly 2 hours on a basic gel manicure, layer after layer after layer and all that product. I’ve never had that problem going to my regular salon. I called the salon where I generally go to, told them what happened and they told me there really wasn’t anything I could do but to allow the nail to heal on its own. I did start taking hair skin and nail vitamins and they have helped.

Getting mani thins out your nails. They buff too much so customers keep coming back. 
Stop salon manis. Use hardening treatments for a few weeks and let your weak nail grow out completely and be replaced my healthy nail. And do nails at home.
