First ultrasound

I went in today to get my first ultrasound & they told me it was a lot of bleeding down there & the baby’s heart rate was 51 which is low & it’s a possibility that I will have a miscarriage.🥺 I’ve been sad all day I pray that it will not happen.🙏🏾
