Never been kissed😘

I am 18(almost 19) and have never been kissed. I went on what I thought was a date with a girl I liked, but she just wanted to be friends and never talked to me again. I live in a small town and I don't know if it is normal or not to never have been even kissed yet. I have tried to go on dates and stuff, but nothing ever went futher than "see you at school monday." So yeah that is where my love life is right now.
