Vent about my anxiety

So I drive I'll only drive back roads. I have anxiey driving have no idea why. Never been in a car accident or anything. When my husband drives I have full blown anxiety attacks when he drives next to semis..i hate semis I don't know what it is but I just panick and start crying. I feel so dumb when it happens I really cannot help it. I feel so dumb after.
