Have u ever felt so nauseous to the point that ur not eating that much that day?

Welp today is November 27th 2019 and my step mom made me eggs before I left for school and just the smell of the eggs made me nauseous and then my stomach hurts and well barely ate today and then about 2 weeks ago I had my monthly and guess who’s back again MONTHLY I’m worried
