Kyleena IUD

Do you guys have pain when you have sex with your IUD in? I’ve had mine for almost two years and I’ve pretty much had *some* pain every time. Last night was a little more intense than usual. I just feel like it’s limiting our quality of sex. Has anyone had theirs taken out for this reason? Can’t decide if it’s a good enough reason bc it is the most preventative form of bc. Also can you actually feel your strings??? I never have been able to and my doc said it’s fine bc they can get curled and shoved up in there but how do I know if it’s working if I can’t feel it 😭
