Confused...
My period is due in 4 days and this morning I woke up with very painful cramps (which is normal before my period). I started bleeding this morning and had to change my tampon once. But now I have completely stopped bleeding but still have cramps. I haven’t had sex in over a month (had a period since then) so idk what could be going on. Any ideas?
