I don’t know what’s going on...

So, I had sex October 5th. Got my period the 23rd. Now I was supposed to get my period November 23rd, and now I’m 5 days late. Took a test yesterday (Clearblue) is was negative. I’m feeling strong cramps and my breasts are sore. Well I do not know what’s going on
