I feel so silly for asking this, but I clearly missed this explanation in sex education... why are the chances of getting pregnant each month so low? If both partners are healthy, why is the highest chance still only 29%? Through tracking, it seems I am ovulating and my partner sperm is good. Just curious and I have not been able to find an answer. Feel silly, but also want to know 😂
