Extremely sore breasts ...

I know pms & pregnancy symptoms are identical but my boobs hurt so bad even just brushing up against them with my bra or giving my husband a hug is painful. Should I be worried???

( I’m hoping this is start of a pregnancy but I just took a test and it was negative... I think I’m like 6 or 7 DPO ?)
