I've got this today

I should of started my period but never got it but instead I got ovulation bleeding which I've never had before in my life my cycle is 30 days but this time its 28 I'm so confused about this

I did a pregnancy test this morning and got a negative my period normally is darker red with blood clots this time i didnt my period was light pink/red
