Help! please?!

Idk what’s going on , this is the first time this has happened to me lol.. I’ve been having cramping on my left side and back pain. I go to wipe this morning and I see this?!

it’s darker in person but I had flash on. I’m on cycle day 18 and I’ve never had this before? is it a early period? I have over 10 days before my next one ... I know I probably sound really dumb but I’m so so confused! this is my cycle..
