I had my follow up ultrasound yesterday to confirm the baby’s heartbeat stopped and it truly did. Babe didn’t grow at all from the last two scans. I was given Misoprostol but have read horror stories and I’m super scared to take it. I started bleeding last night and some more today. Even had some little blood clots. Would you think it’s safe to say the miscarriage is happening naturally or would you suggest the Misoprostol to move things along? Thanks!
