Anyonen taking Melatonin for a sleep aid?

Just wondering...I read you can take it while pregnant...so I guess I'm just wanting to see how many of you ladies are!

You can take unisom tablets NOT gel caps (idk why but that's what it says on my paperwork from my Dr.). It will help you sleep and help with nausea!

My doctor told me to take benedryl instead of melatonin while pregnant, to help with sleep. That was last pregnancy so I can’t remember why at this time lol

I took melatonin. It's a natural hormone in the body and I wanted to stay away from something not natural to the body
