My and my daughters father recently broke up he’s struggling a lot mentally and we just weren’t going to work he tried to kill himself and he’s also put his hands on me several times I finally found the courage to let him go I told him he can still see her I just have to be there because of events that took plane now he’s threatening me with court I didn’t want to have to go through that but idk what to do
