How do you pull yourself out of a dark place?

With little to no help with the Littles. What keeps you going, what keeps the fire burning in your heart? Asking for a friend

You just have to realize that those babies rely on you. They view you as if the sun shines put your ass and love you no matter what. They dont see a tired mom. They dont see anything other than "wow, I love her. She takes care of me." They trust you more than anyone else. Even if I'm struggling with myself, I have to keep going for my kids. As a mom, sometimes it feels like you aren't enough or doing enough but you are. Sometimes I feel gross and even just getting dressed makes me feel a little better. I've made it a goal to get up and get ready every day even if I'm just staying home with the kids. Take care of yourself too.
