Baby’s hands and feet are cold

My daughter is 7 months and her hands and feet are always ice cold. They look almost purple too. I try and warm them up as much as I can but if I don’t stay on top of it they go right back to being cold. Even with socks on and a fleece sleeper her hands and feet are cold. Should I bring it up to the pediatrician? My house stays at 70-74
