Gym gone wrong?


Hey guys so I went to the gym about two days ago and didn’t really do all that much. I did 3 sets of 5 squats with different weights (literally nothing more than 10 pounds of weight) and repeated this exercise 3 times. So this is about 45 squats in total. I did some stretching exercise and some dumbbell stuff later in the session. The morning after I felt SO sore. I had a hard time sitting down, walking, etc. Today after two days I still feel like absolute crap and I’m on the verge of tears whenever I bend my leg. Any suggestions?
