Is it normal for your temp to rise before ovulation?

First time temping! My bbt has been rising since period ended. Is this normal? It should drop right before Ovulation correct?

I’m pretty sure as ovulation gets closer it will drop.

Mine does the same thing. I do however tend to mark thoes questionable temps because the super early rises like that can affect being able to see your patterns. Absolutley keep the data but once you get for sure ovulation you'll know. Use an opk Every day and temp for at least one cycle. You'll be able to understand when you ovulate and what it looks like on the chart since opks are helpful but also kind of a guessing game.
