‘Cut’ feeling down there, but no cut!!

Hi all... just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar. I am 30 wks pregnant and had a number of issues down below with Pelvic Girdle Pain so had lots of bruised feelings and swelling.

But today I have a new lovely sensation... I feel as if I have a ‘cut’ down there, on the outer lips, where the pic indicates below... I’ve took a mirror and took pics with a flash on my phone to find the ‘cut’ but there is nothing there! No redness or inflammation, no ingrown etc... It’s very painful and feels when I run my finger over the area that it is being cut with 1000 razor blades. Has anyone had anything similar? I’m a bit weirded out and worried. Any help appreciated !
