Okay so I’m new to this. We just got home from the hospital today and my milk came in today. So I need tips tricks and anything to help! I was discouraged at the hospital because just my first milk (forget what it’s called) wasn’t enough for my chunky man.

So I ended up formula feeding him at the hospital 😭. But now that we are home and my milk is in I have tried my Breast pump and it was a success!

This makes me so happy but I want to learn more about it. Storage, how long it’s good for (in and out of the freezer). How to make enough to freeze. Anything you guys can think of! Thank you in advance!!
