My baby girl is 9 days old today and I’ve been walking, sitting and stand super awkwardly to avoid irritating my stitches now I feel like it’s starting to heal and I have what seems like rubbing grazes on my vagina lips which is super painful. I’ve always had a small, tidy vagina but all the swelling and stretching has made the lips rub together and has caused these grazes. Is anyone else the same? What are you doing to help it? Also... my periods usually last 3-5 days and I mostly use tampons. Wearing pads for 9 days straight has REALLY started to get uncomfortable. Is anyone feel the same way? 😭
