How have you been able to help increase your sex drive?

Me 😞 I haven’t found a solution yet and I feel so bad for my hubby. I’d love to hear any solutions too!

I’ve struggled with this over the years. My low sex drive is usually caused by the pill and/or stress. When I went off the pill it came back. And I workout or di yoga to manage stress and that seems to help too. I hope you figure out what works for you!
