Painful cycle after surgery horrible bloating couldn't enjoy my Thanksgiving food!! Still up cramping and barely spotting.. Any good natural remedies to soothe them.. I can feel the pain around my cut like a throbbing feeling,nauseous and nonstop cramps please help
