Miscarriage
I'm 4 weeks 5 days and had pink spotting last night and this morning woke to red bleeding when I wipe. No stomach pains just a bit of lower back pain. Is it more than likely I'm having a miscarriage?
Update! bleeding has subsided quite a bit to just pink when I wipe but I now have a horrible headache and I feel so nauseous.
