Okay so my cycles usually last 32 days before my next period. Its been now 10 months since I’ve been off depo and I’ve convinced I don’t ovulate... I’m currently on cycle day 19, but yesterday and today I’ve been having spotting. Mainly brown and only twice red. Also according to Glow, I’m ovulating? I heard Glow usually isn’t right when it comes to that but Idk! this has never happened before and I’m confused. Is my period early or? also dealing with bad cramps in my lower left side and back. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks ❤️
