First period after MC?

I miscarried about three weeks ago, natural, confirmed I lost all tissue. For 4 days now I’ve been having very light spotting, barely needing a liner. Sometimes red/pink sometimes brown. For purposes of beginning to track again, would you consider this my period?
Any advice or info about your first period would be greatly appreciated!

No. I got a period 3.5 weeks after miscarriage it started off spotting then turned into a full flow. Maybe this is your period starting.

I don’t think I would. It sounds like maybe your hormones are just fluctuating a bit. It might turn into a full flow later. I’ve had normal cycles in the past where I’ve spotting pink/brown for several days leading up to my period.
