UPDATE:

So I used a blood pressure monitor at home and it was 149/73 and 143/75.

My head is still killing me. I don't know if I should go to the ER, seems extreme, or call my doctor first thing Monday!

I've been having migraines for the past week or so. I stayed home from work one day it was so bad, dizziness and threw up. Within the past couple days I've noticed my hands and feet have started swelling. It's not as viable but I can definitely feel it and and my shoes were definitely snug.

I do have RA and I'm not taking meds for it. However, I haven't had any swelling throughout my entire pregnancy, until now 15wks.

Should I be concern at this point?
