ABC's of Sleep ? Worth It

Is Taking Cara Babies ABC of Sleep worth it ?

Not sure if this would help, but I took her newborn class and was only able to apply maybe 3 things to help my son with naps. They helped a ton, so in a way it was worth it. I’m just not sure I would take any more of her classes. Their are cheaper and other effective ways to get your child to sleep better

SO. MUCH. YES! Love Cara’s classes. I didn’t take that one,  but I purchased the newborn class when my LO was about 4 weeks and it SAVED us! He’s now 6 mo the and sleeps 12 hours most nights and has been for awhile.

I think that’s the foundation of sleep. If you went sleep training the 5-24 month guide is better suited for that.
