Hey everyone

I’m currently on my first round of Femara after 4 rounds of clomid. I took 5mg of femara cycle day 3-7 and currently cycle day 14.

I went for my follicle scan yesterday and there was four follicles each ovary (10mm) and one dominant (16mm), my doctor is currently away, so won’t get more information until next week. So I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with femara and would know If there is a chance we could conceive, or are there too many follicles to ovulate - are they too small?
