I need help ladies ❗️❗️❗️

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive with no success for about two years . We’ve recently went to talk to my gyn and he suggested <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> but after I had a diagnostic laparoscopy just to ensure I had no blockage in my Fallopian tubes, scarred tissue or endometriosis . I ovulate every month and so far I’m deemed a healthy candidate to conceive however my husband has low sperm count. Yesterday , I noticed a twinge and slight cramping in my left ovary (ovulation time ) I’m guessing . I have. 32 day cycle and I thought I would normally ovulate on day 17or 18 but I have tons of egg white cervical mucus and it’s cycle day 14, which is odd .I’m starting to worry because what if we baby dance and and conceive while going up for a surgery? My procedure is on Thursday . I know that if I conceived it would be too early to test and tell if I’m actually pregnant so I’m wondering if we did would it harm the conception or the baby if we did conceive ?
