Miscarriage or what?

I've been spotting since Sunday but yesterday the blood got heavy like period blood and clots keep falling in the toilet, I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow, I'm not going through pads but that was the first clot that came off on the paper. I'm freaking out bc I just dropped $130 on an emergency visit for a sono and blood work to check my levels but I wont know til Monday or later and I'm not sure I can wait that long and idk what to do... help me please !
