Migraine Relief during pregnancy?

Ladies, I am coming down with an awful migraine. Please give me any tips for relief because Tylenol ain’t cutting it 😣

I haven’t tried it but my coworker swears by a warm bath with epsom salt and lots of water and Gatorade for the electrolytes

An ice cube at the base of your neck on the back of your neck. Lights out no noise concentrate on your breathing.

I’ve had bad migraines since I was in my 20s. I have excedrin tension I’m taking now. Just found out I’m pregnant with my second! I had a miscarriage earlier this year. I get them at that time of month usually and pregnancy didn’t stop them.

Caffeine helps me some. Same with an ice pack. Unfortunately nothing fully takes them away except imitrex for me, which I got cleared to take starting in the second trimester.

Caffeine and Tylenol together it didn't work for me, but I went to the ob and they gave me a prescription for fioricet.

I used to get this so bad while pregnant with my son, the only thing that helped was alternating a hot or cold rag and putting it where it hurt. Best of luck
