Fertility “diet”

I’ve been following a fertility diet (reducing inflammation prone foods, carbs, gluten, dairy, all that basically eating the right veggies, fruits, and proteins) to help with my hormones + to aid in getting that BFP... i was doing very well with it and then I caved today and ate Taco Bell. Immediately regretted it and so didn’t my bowels (tmi but the runs lol 😹🙃).

I’m 1DPO did I just ruin my hard work? I promise I’m not crazy and obsessing over this diet but It did help me ovulate on time! But the craving was so real for it today, I know it’s just one cheat meal I just hope my body doesn’t sabotage me for it 😂😂😅
