How many Oz’s should I be getting when pumping about 45 mins after baby eats for 40mins at 3weeks post par...? Suggestions on producing more breastmilk?

I wouldn’t pump until 6 weeks. I didn’t wait & i ended up dealing with a horrible oversupply issue— not as great as it sounds.

Do power pump for 3 days twice a day and hydrate a lot and you should get enough between 15-25minutes
