Spotting and cramping !?

I’ve been cramping for the past two days & my period isn’t due for 6 days . I have some spotting . I was just wondering if this could just be period symptoms or what else it could be ? The cramps aren’t too bad , it’s just very uncomfortable. This is also what my spotting looks like
