We just had sex ever night. Didn’t track ovulation or anything. I became pregnant my first week of trying

Things I did differently on the cycle I finally conceived after over 3.5 years of trying:
- Actually took OPKs instead of being lazy. Of course I bought a box of 50 and only ended up needing to use like 5 of them. 🤦🏼‍♀️
- Drank Pink Stork fertility tea every day until I got my positive OPK
- Husband is low libido so I asked him to stop masturbating and we had the sexiest month in fertility-app-recorded history
- Husband has low count/motility so he took Co-Q-10 with L-Carnitine because that was supposed to help improve those issues
