Yes. They took my blood the day before. And good thing. Because I was pregnant!

Yes my clinic did.  Before any test (besides bloodwork) I had to take one.  They don’t want to be responsible if you possibly are pregnant, even if you are getting it done prior to ovulation, anything can happen.

The test is done before cd 10 so its before you ovulate. A pregnancy test would be negative anyway.
