Might be pregnant

So I’ve been on birth control for a few years but I think I might be pregnant. For a few weeks I haven’t been able to eat without feeling sick, my nipples have been sore for about a week, and my period is 10 days late. I’ve been going through awful mood swings too which is not normal for me at all, even when I am about to get my period I’m never that emotional. Any advice is appreciated. This morning I started spotting a brownish red color but it’s a very small amount definitely not my period.
