Can I feed my daughter this?

She’s 5 1/2 months old but this baby food says from about 6 months. I haven’t started baby food yet so I’m speechless. How much can I give her at a time and how many times a day?￼

My daughter is almost 6 months old and eats a jar of fruit in the morning and a vegetable or dinner jar for dinner every night. Bananas are a good first! ( we started at 4 months, that’s probably why my girl eats so much 😂 )

Yes, if you think it’s to thick just add a little formula or breast milk

The others have some pretty good advice! I don't know much about jarred baby food since I make my own, just make sure there's nothing sketch in the ingredients like added sugar or salt. 
We do one meal a day and I let baby eat as much or as little as he wants! I usually offer about 2 oz and sometimes he eats it all and sometimes not. Good luck and get ready for the mess!

My babe is just 5 months and I’ve given her just about everything. Prunes, butternut squash, applesauce, carrots, green beans, peas, sweet potatoes, bananas. I had her recently try some cranberry sauce (thanksgiving) and peanut butter

My son will be 6 months on the 4th and we have been giving him an ounce of baby food at night. Food that are considered the "stage 1" foods. The containers aren't as big as the one you have. But yes, bananas are fine to start with. We started with those and my son loved them.
