Hi all! I know TTC can be a very stressful and seemingly long journey. I've had my fair share of disappointment over the last couple of months. However, look on the bright side, there's always next month to try again! Here are a few simple and helpful tips for ttc that I've gathered from research so far. I'm hoping after following these I get a BFP for the Christmas holidays:
Drink PLENTY of water
Eat as many fruits and vegetables as you can
Have sex during your fertile week as much as possible (but do not drain you or your partner)
Sex a few days before ovulation is ideal for a higher chance of pregnancy
Take a folic acid vitamin or better yet start on prenatal vitamins as that helps deliver proper nutrients needed for conceiving
After intercourse, lay down for at least 20 min to allow a swift and easy flow for sperm to travel up the uterus and fallopian tube
Avoid smoking and drinking prior to TTC
And of course the most important one of all is to TRACK ovulation!
With that being said, I plan to try all of these things... except I don't smoke or drink. 😊 I'm hoping and praying for a BFP in December, but I will keep you guys posted. Hope this helps someone. 🙏💖 Baby dust to us all. 🌬️✨
