Working out when sooo fatigued!?!?
Hi ladies!! I am 9 weeks today and have not had many symptoms besides a ton of fatigue! It’s been hard for me to work out with out having to nap for an extended time after. Anyone in the same boat?/what have you had to do to modify workouts? Also here are some pictures from our ultrasound at 8 weeks 3 days! Curious as well to see if anyone has any predictions! Heart rate 147! Thanks in advance!
