how to break up

my boyfriend doesn’t talk to me unless i text first, always out with his friends, i had surgery & instead of checking on how i am he went drinking, refuses to have me on social media/ post me on anything, likes others girls pictures, posts naked women. & when i tell him about the things that bother me, he blows them off & calls me over dramatic. a million other red flags. we’ve been dating for 2 years (don’t know how i’ve put up with this for so long) i’m so done. what should i tell him or how should i word it?
