Still don’t feel pregnant at 12 weeks. Is this normal?

I can’t hear the heart beat on Doppler. I’m not showing. I am no longer nauseous. I saw the baby at 8 weeks and 3 days and it felt more real then but that feeling is gone. This is my second baby. 
What’s wrong with me

It's super normal. I'm 15 weeks with twins and I've felt nothing. No morning sickness. No nausea. No movement. It's very weird.

17+2 and I'm in the same boat. Don't look pregnant, don't feel pregnant, only felt the baby move once and I'm still not sure if it was gas. One of the things that helped me was getting my partner to lay over my bump and listen. He heard the heartbeat once that way and it was really awesome. Plus it's great bonding time.
