Early pregnancy or miscarriage?

I started bleeding, very lightly today....7 days before my period is scheduled. My period and ovulation is like clockwork. Never even one day early or late. I am 30 years old, so I wondered if I could be miscarrying (had sex twice within the past 7-10 days while ovulating), have a really early period (again never happens), or if it could be early pregnancy symptoms? I have cramps, but they are very dull compared to my period cramps which are brutal. Any advice or insight would be helpful!
