Terrible mom 🤦🏼‍♀️

Idk how I’ll live with myself now. We decided to try our own diy Christmas hot chocolate shoot (Im a photographer). We filled our bucket half way and went to sit our son in it and it was too much. So we emptied out more. I went to sit my son in it again and his mouth went under the water and he started choking and crying. I feel like am absolute total failure as a mom 😪😪
