Do you know what this could be ?!?

So I'm having this pain under my stomach it hurt a lil when I get up from the couch is not painful but I need to get up slowly . Do any of you lady's have this or had it ? Or know what it could be ? I'm 17wks and 4days .

Round ligament pain! Mine used to be just when I would get up quickly, but last night it hurt for hours and hours.  Doctor just said to rest and drink fluids!

Likely round ligament pain or uterus stretching pain if it's brief and only happens when you move certain ways

Just today I'm having a pain on my lower right side that happens only when I sit or get up fast.. Wasn't sure what it was but figured some kind of stretching?!

Abdomen muscles stretching out? Im not dr but if thats all it is totally normal.
