Need to quit tips please

Alright so I’m a regular smoker and 25 weeks tomorrow. I need to quit as I keep feeling guilty about smoking and doing possible harm but cannot being myself to drop it because I keep hearing about babies being fine with weed smoking moms. Therefore I justify it.

I’ve cut out cigarettes and alcohol as it doesn’t make feel good so that wasn’t too hard. Sushi is hard but not drastic. Cold cuts are so convenient so I’m having a hard time with that but managing to stay away. So it’s really just the joints that I need to give up now.

I think I need to substitute it with something else I just don’t know what. I’m bipolar and It helps my anxiety and gives me a general feeling of being normal.

Any tips on quitting or what helped you would be appreciated.
