Help with my three year old!

My three year old has recently been acting out SOOOO badly. It’s driving my husband and I crazy and turning us against each other. It is wearing me down 100%. He screams, hits, tells us to go away, etc... if he doesn’t get his way or any other thing possible that can make a toddler upset. His tantrums last about twenty minutes. He gets himself SO worked up. Time out doesn’t work, spanking doesn’t work (which I HATE) ignoring doesn’t work either. I am out of options.

I need help!
